What is your return policy? 

If you don't like the scent of a candle you purchased, we offer exchanges on unused and undamaged candles within 3 days of delivery. However, we offer exchanges or returns on our crystals and stones within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. And we do not accept returns or exchanges on any soaps. 

Note that we will replace any items that arrive damaged but notice must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
